- 2026 // I had the opportunity to teach the Workshop: Field networks. The workshop took place during the second semester of the 6th cycle of the post graduate programme “Advanced Design: Innovation and Transdisciplinarity in Design”, as a part of the course module Techne. The aim of this workshop was to help students explore force fields as a design tool, using grasshopper in Rhinoceros 3D.
- 2025 // I was the instructor of the Workshop: Algorithmic pattern generation. The workshop took place during the first semester of the 6th cycle of the post graduate programme “Advanced Design: Innovation and Transdisciplinarity in Design”, as a part of the course module Techne. Goal : To establish an initial engagement with parametric design and algorithmic thinking, developing a foundational understanding of creating and decoding scripts in Grasshopper of Rhinoceros 3D, a visual coding tool.
- 2023 // I had the pleasure of being part of Roumelight’s conceptual lighting art exhibition Lux Provocateur, at Sirioti Municipal Hall in Mykonos island.
- 2023 // I participated in the Relevance of Doctoral Research in Architecture Conference, hosted by ARU Cambridge, England, where I presented my paper “From Fragmentation to Wholeness”(T.Alexiou).
- 2023 // I was the instructor of the Workshop : “Trails of Essence: Shaping Forms with Particle Systems, Code and 3d Printing.” The workshop took place during the first semester of the 5th cycle of the post graduate programme “Advanced Design: Innovation and Transdisciplinarity in Design”, as a part of the course module Techne. The workshop was designed to introduce students to 3d software for polygon-based meshes (3dsMax), & familiarize them with the basics of programming (maxscript).
- 2022 // I participated in the 25th Generative Art Conference, in Rome, Italy, where I presented the paper “Symmetry as repetition” (D.Gourdoukis, T.Alexiou).
- 2018 // As a member of the ADITAD-Master’s team, we participated with the construction “Arborescent Node”at the Westminster University’s Fair of Construction, in London.
